With extensive experience in the field of Operations Management, I have evolved as a Business leader in handling Franchisee Business Setup, Business Development and Sales & Marketing. I have explored and established myself as a steadfast leader in various industries like Retail, Telecom, Electronics, FMCG and Consumer Durable. The two decades of my career can be equally apportioned; while in the initial decade I gained significant experience in taking care of channel management and then the next decade in exponentially supporting the business operations & into leadership role. Starting from zonal to regional and to national level gives me an edge over others in leading the chain of manpower even to the last link. Over the years, I have led different teams from the front in conceptualizing and streamlining business strategies while successfully focusing on network expansion, branding, setting up new businesses and more. Till now, I have productively taken care of opening of over 150 retail stores while working on formats like DODO, COCO, Franchise Model, Fuel Station Model and Mobile Stores. Studying consumer behavior and leading the retail network, store roll-outs, store branding and business process assessments. Currently, I am associated with 3M India Ltd, Bangalore as a National Manager and effectively handling Sales Operations & Business Development. Here, I am spearheading the pan India store operations.
