I work closely with our leadership team and outside partners to ensure every touchpoint reflects who we are—resilient, committed, and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.Day to day, I help identify challenges, facilitate open conversations, and develop strategic action plans—always aiming to blend big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution.
