I’m a Staff UX Designer at The Home Depot, where I lead research-driven design for credit and payment experiences, improving both customer and associate journeys across multiple channels. I’ve worked on end-to-end user experience research for Private Label Credit Cards in collaboration with Citibank, streamlined Home Depot\'s Trade Credit application process, and designed solutions that improve customer interactions and internal workflows.With a background in design and trend research, I bring over a decade of experience connecting insights, strategy, and design.
