Shortly after joining MarketStar, I was recruited by the Business Intelligence group for my ability to win trust through clear communication, quickly pick-up complicated processes, and understand the moving parts behind analytic strategies. As a Business Intelligence Manager, I am the liaison between stakeholders and data specialists. This requires in-depth understanding of both the business efforts and the data tools, as well as broad communication skills.I constantly - and consciously - analyze input to determine the best and most efficient course of action. This is true whether I\'m strategizing for a competition, determining which candidate to hire, or managing a project.My creative and technical experience with language (English and German) has made me an effective writer, communicator, and leader.
