Leadership by Example and Servant Leadership aren’t simply buzzwords- they are creeds that I have built a career on. At an early age I found that I had a burning desire for leadership, developing teams, inspiring others and was in constant search for new challenges. Perhaps stemming from too many comics as a child, I decided to put my passions to use in the Marines, where I was able to do all of these things on a daily basis.Teaching, mentoring and training are some of my favorite parts of being in a leadership position, which I strive to do at every opportunity.
