My role is focused on finding technically skilled people and ensuring they understand their career paths.Here are the primary responsibilities:Recruiting - Full-Cycle Sourcing: Identifying and hiring specialized talent, including Structural Engineers, District Sales Managers, Estimators, and Project Managers.Strategic Pipeline Building: Proactively finding \"hunters\" and technical experts who understand the steel building industry (design, site work, and codes).Onboarding: Managing the transition for new hires to ensure they align with the company’s mission and specific technical standards (like MBS software).Career & Employee Development -Growth Planning: Creating structured paths for employees to move from roles like Inside Sales to District Sales or Junior to Senior Engineering.Skill Sharpening: Identifying training needs, such as proficiency in blueprints, building codes, or CRM software.Performance Support: Collaborating with leadership to set KPIs and conduct reviews that focus on professional advancement.Culture & Strategy -Mission Alignment: Ensuring all hires reflect the company’s \"guiding questions\" and commitment to superior value.Internal Communications: Acting as a liaison between different departments (Sales, Service, and Engineering) to maintain a cohesive team culture during rapid growth.
