My journey as a clinician, author, speaker, and now PhD student has always centered on one mission: empowering adults to heal, thrive, and redefine their lives. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW) and doctoral student at Baylor University, I research the long-term impacts of childhood exposure to domestic violence. Each step—from working with clients in private practice to founding the Finding My Way Foundation and writing two books for emerging adults—has taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, human connection, and transformative growth.Today, I blend clinical expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit as the founder of Redefine Lives, LLC and executive director of the Finding My Way Foundation. I offer trauma-informed therapy, life coaching, business strategy, and strategic programming rooted in holistic, humanistic care.
