ABOUT TY SAUER
When I started in ATM product development 20+ years ago, I was the guy who crawled in and out of the machine. I was always looking for a way to break things so that I could find a solution. Since then, I\'ve spent time on the financial institution side (FI) as well as the vendor side, but I\'ve never lost that curiosity. Most recently in a presales function for retail banking giant Diebold Nixdorf, I had the opportunity to work with an incredible group of people developing digital solutions to transform banking centers. Colleagues view me as pragmatic, analytical, and dedicated – but still fun and light-hearted. I’m a hands-on leader and build teams around a transparent, collaborative and joy-filled culture. I enjoy opportunities as an individual contributor as well where I can lean in to become a subject matter expert.
