Principal Pre-Sales Solution ArchitectAs a Principal Pre-Sales Solution Architect at NDBS, I lead technical solution design and strategy, aligning client needs with innovative, scalable technologies. I collaborate closely with sales teams, stakeholders, and engineering to craft compelling proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of concept. My role bridges business goals and technical capabilities, ensuring optimal solution fit and customer satisfaction. I mentor junior architects, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and drive continuous improvement in solution development and delivery. Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities- Leading the ServiceNow Pre-Sales Business Unit, with a strong focus on Service Operations - including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Event Management, and automation workflows - Designing integrated solutions across multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and hybrid infrastructures - 🤝 Collaborating with sales teams on opportunity strategy, proposals, RFPs, and executive-level solution presentations - Leading discovery sessions, workshops, and technical deep dives to assess and define client requirements - Translating business needs into scalable architectures leveraging ServiceNow, cloud-native tools, and automation frameworks - 🧪 Building and presenting PoC and value demonstrations to showcase platform capabilities - Acting as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients on IT modernization and digital transformation initiatives - Mentoring solution architects and supporting technical enablement across the pre-sales and delivery teams - Contributing to go-to-market planning, innovation initiatives, and continuous refinement of pre-sales methodologies
