In this role, I focus on evaluating opportunities, managing risk, maintaining liquidity discipline, and supporting strategic decision-making as the firm expands its insurance-focused and impact-driven platform. My work emphasizes governance, transparency, and sustainable growth rather than short-term speculation.In parallel, I work as a Business Development Manager at First Court, Inc, where I support sales operations, channel partnerships, and client relationship development within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role has strengthened my ability to assess market opportunities, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and drive revenue through disciplined execution.Beyond finance, I am the Official Operator of Nike Basketball Camps and a Teacher and Basketball Coach at St. Mary’s Central High School, experiences that have shaped my leadership philosophy.
