Providing strategic oversight for short to long-term cash flow forecasting, overseeing risk management of interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, overseeing the development and documentation of standard policies, procedures and internal controls for treasury and cash related accounting functions, research and implementation of safe investment options for excess cash adhering to the organizations risk tolerance, overseeing the pension investment plans from an investment management standpoint, monitoring performance of external pension managers, Assisting with mergers and acquisitions transactions from an insurance, financing and treasury integration standpoint, supporting the Investor Relations function and negotiating and managing corporate insurance policies
