In addition, I have hands-on experience as a land developer, managing property development projects from planning to execution.    Aug 2023 — Present

   Led a poverty eradication initiative targeting extreme poverty in Zimbabwe as part of the United Nations Millennium Fellowship. Developed and implemented a microfinance program to provide small loans to low-income individuals, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and economic development. Designed strategic outreach and engagement strategies, leveraging personal experiences and community relationships to build trust and rapport. Successfully disbursed loans to hundreds of families, impacting over one thousand individuals. Tracked progress and evaluated impact through rigorous monitoring and evaluation processes, leading to valuable insights for future scalability and sustainability efforts.
