Based on this information: • Build a preferred vendor spreadsheet based on price point, lead times, MOQ, and responsiveness. • Build a pricing spreadsheet of all the currently used materials, who sources them, and how much it costs. • Continually update spreadsheets as pricing / vendors change • Assist in planning the manufacturing / production schedule. Ensure that projects are made, filled, and shipped in a timely manner, suitable to the client. • Maintain working relationship with vendors: raw material, packaging, shipping, etc. • Find ways to improve efficiency across the company as a whole.
