Growing up, I was an introverted kid who shied away from speaking in front of people. I\'ve told my daughters I was afraid to say \"here\" when teachers would call my name during roll call. As I got older, I realized I needed to develop my communication skills in order to be successful, so I decided to jump into insurance sales as a way to face my fear of speaking. Later on, I realized I found my calling in business which was to help people and businesses protect what\'s most important to them.
