ABOUT TYREE SHAW

Relationships are essential to life. I help individuals enhance relationships with themselves and with others. With my degree in Psychology, and over 10 years of experience as a Life Skills and Behavioral Coach, I assist clients to identify what defines a healthy relationship for them. We work together to co-create solutions when navigating difficult or uncomfortable situations. I aid Clients in building their relationship tool kit by educating them about tools and resources that are available for them. With the knowledge I provide for my clients their sense of self-worth increases as I help them identify the strengths they bring to a relationship. During discussions, after clients acknowledge their weaknesses, I equip them with tools to help strengthen them. I help strengthen individuals by listening to understand their situation and by showing compassion and empathy. Every individual is unique and therefore every situation distinct which shows that their experiences are not resolved through textbook problem-solving. Differences come through age, ethnicity, culture, family, and socioeconomic factors.
