Experienced user and trainer for HR Personnel Administration and Organizational Management•Train staff on HR and E-Recruit modules in SAP and Etime that interfaces with SAP •Key player in full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation for the HR module•Creates and maintains enterprise wide organizational units, jobs and positions in SAP and assigns users to positions•Responsible for validating all time file batches on a weekly basis and provides support to multiple legal entities (OpCo’s) for all Etime related issues•Researches, troubleshoots and resolves time and SAP payroll issues •Ensure weekly sign off audits from each OpCo are done and edit information is provided•Monitor interface for weekly time file uploads in SAP and BI, troubleshoot and resolve any issues•Master Data Administrator that also verifies updates to employee master data, records and related information as requested by all legal entities•Works with Sysco Business Services Call Center and acts as Tier 3 support related to Employee Data Administration and Enterprise Etime•Creates and runs SAP and Etime reports
