Manages a team of Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) Therapeutic Area (TA) Trainers and ensures allocation of resources for the customer-facing teams and corresponding brand team support. As the leader of the CRM Training team, lead the alignment, development and delivery of CRM-related training curriculum and content in support of CRM brands for the CRM customer facing teams and Marketing. Act as point person for the CRM Franchise, working closely with Sales and Brand Leadership. Responsibilities of this role include either independent or via oversight of a training vendor, the strategy, design, development, approval, creation, execution, delivery, and evaluation of CRM Training, and selling skills for the CRM Franchise, including all in-line and/or launch product(s), when necessary. Responsible for defining need and budget allocation for use of vendor/contract resources alone or in conjunction with TA Trainer resources for the CRM Franchise.
