ABOUT MATTHEW TYMPANICK

I am first and foremost a trial attorney. I was an Assistant State Attorney for over 3 years. I have conducted 40+ misdemeanor and felony jury and non-jury trials (38 of which I was first-chair). As a result, I have developed strong analytical skills, case management skills, direct/cross examination skills, case preparation skills, and an ability to communicate complex legal issues to a non-legal audience. Under my leadership, I successfully prosecuted thousands of crimes, including violent crime, white-collar, and drug trafficking crimes. As a civil attorney for over two years, I\'ve also conducted numerous mediations that resulted in settlements below the conservative reserved amounts. I am an aggressive attorney, ready to take care of every client I work with. I also tried a high profile complex civil litigation trial which was televised on Law & Crime Trial Network and was on the front page of the Sarasota Herald Tribune. I have provided legal insight on television, national radio shows, and podcasts.
