MBK School Success Mentor InitiativeThe My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) School Success Mentor Corps is an evidence-based, data-drivenschool mentoring model that seeks to improve attendance, behavior and educationaloutcomes for at-risk students in our neediest communities nationwide. Success Mentors aretrained to serve as advisors, motivators, connectors, confidence-builders, and early warningsystems for chronically absent students at risk of getting off track – both in school and in life.Using early warning systems and data to identify struggling students before they get off track, ordrop out, and as part of the White House\'s MBK cross-sector campaign this is the nation\'s largesteffort to use evidence-based, school-linked mentoring to drive school and life success.
