With over 5 years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, and investment underwriting, I have developed a strong skill set in evaluating and executing sale leaseback transactions across various industries and asset types.Currently, my role involves originating and sourcing new investment opportunities within the net lease space. In my prior role at Tenet, I led the underwriting process for new investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment. I also contributed to sourcing and closing deals, as well as monitoring and reviewing portfolio performance. Previously, I was the Vice President of Portfolio Management at STORE Capital, where I oversaw and managed over $2 billion in assets, leading a team of 6 professionals. I have also worked as a US Cash Equity Trader, a High Yield Credit Research Analyst at Citigroup, and have served as an industry consultant in both the Net Lease and M&A space. I hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Arizona.
