About Tyler Williams

Currently the Deputy General Counsel of ABC Supply Co, Inc, the largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the North America and one of the nation’s largest distributors of siding, windows, and other select exterior and interior building products, tools and supplies, with approximately branch locations and other facilities in 49 US states and in Canada. I manage the day to day of ABC\'s growing legal department, which includes attorneys and support professionals working in commercial transactions, litigation, compliance, and real estate. I also serve as the assistant secretary of ABC and each of its subsidiaries and am directly responsible for the corporate governance work performed by the department. In this role, I work closely with the board and its several committees. I am also the General Counsel of L&W Supply, ABC’s largest subsidiary and one of the nation’s largest distributors of wallboard, suspended ceiling tiles, and related building products. Prior to joining ABC Supply in July 2017, I worked as a corporate attorney with the Leo Law Firm in Huntsville, Alabama for 12 years.
