Currently serving as a Senior Clinician at The People Concern, my leadership is defined by a commitment to trauma-informed care and social justice advocacy—ensuring that clinical excellence is matched by a deep-rooted responsibility to our community.My expertise in California’s behavioral health landscape includes launching and improving PHP/IOP programs, where I contributed to significant organizational success and industry-leading clinical outcomes through operational scaling, ethical compliance, consistent program stabilizarion and client retention, innovative curriculum design and pro-active community engagement. As a former Outpatient Mental Health Program Director at Clear Behavioral Health, I focused on aligning clinical processes with the diverse needs of our clients while leading multidisciplinary teams to organization-leading success rates & most importantly, delivering outstanding clinical outcomes for the clients we served.Beyond operations, my passion lies in counselor supervision and early career mentorship.
