Oversee and lead a fully remote, cross functional team of Start-Up Clinical Project Managers and Clinical Project Coordinators, while also managing a portfolio of projects to deliver mobile clinical research visits to patients.Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and design a set of deliverables tailored to specific project protocols to ensure accurate clinical data is collected and reported at mobile visits. Creates source documents, nurse training, administrative forms, and project management plans for new clinical trials and those requiring updates through Change Orders or changes in scope. Pediatric and adult populations. Vendor management, drug and device experience, IP management, infusion pumps, ECG, lab sample collection and processing, centrifugation, and lab sample shipping.Initial primary point of contact and client-facing liaison who builds partnerships with clients and sponsors. Ensures client satisfaction while establishing a trusted advisor relationship, guiding stakeholder decision-makers through necessary best practices for successful mobile research. Direct supervising manager for a team of Clinical Project Managers (Start-Up) and Clinical Project Coordinators. Allocates resources, monitors performance, and provides guidance through objective metrics and routine communications.Provides study protocol-specific training to Clinical Project Managers and Clinical Project Coordinators (Start-Up and Execution). Proactively identifies and mitigates risk. Resolves and documents issues in real-time to ensure transparency to internal and external stakeholders.Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for team guidance and support throughout the Start-Up phase.Reviews deliverables developed by other Clinical Project Managers and provides final sign off on deliverables before they are implemented at mobile visits. Offers suggestions for strategic improvements and contributes to continuous improvement of all processes, Job Aides, and SOPs
