Tyler and his Prime & Tuvel team have obtained land use approvals for clients in numerous municipalities located in Counties across New Jersey and represented many national, regional and local real estate builders and developers.Additionally, Tyler has experience negotiating redevelopment agreements and PILOT agreements on behalf of municipalities as well as private clients. Further, Tyler has assisted clients in complex commercial transactions related to buying, selling and financing projects.Tyler earned his undergraduate degree, a B.A. in Business Management, from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA and his J.D. Law Degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, NJ.
