Acquisition Integration and Value Creation (AIVC) was established to ensure appropriate commercial integration between The Home Depot and acquired businesses while at same time developing scalable processes to aid in future M&A integration activity; current focus includes SRS Distribution (acquired for $18.25B in June 2024) and GMS (acquired for $5.5B in September 2025)• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for distribution pilot programs designed to enhance product assortment depth and breadth, evaluate portfolio scalability, identify opportunities to expand reach and increase customer share of wallet across project categories, and inform the long-term strategy to best serve Pro customers• Oversee commercial pilot that extends SRS\'s line of credit to Pro consumers, enabling purchases at Home Depot stores which drives brand loyalty and Pro share of wallet growth• Support AIVC leadership in executing commercial integration initiatives by developing strategic plans, conducting financial analyses, collaborating with cross-functional project teams on implementation, monitoring performance outcomes, and preparing materials for ELT stakeholders• Assist in developing an acquisition integration playbook organized around key workstreams with tailored “tear sheets”, reinforcing that long-term shareholder value is significantly influenced by actions taken in the first 90 days post-acquisition
