Currently pursuing my BBA in Human Resource Management at Texas A&M University, with a minor in Tourism Management, I’ve developed a strong foundation in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement, backed by a deep curiosity for how people drive business success.My experience as an HR Student Coordinator at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, along with an HR internships at JSX, has allowed me to lead impactful initiatives, from modernizing onboarding programs and restructuring job frameworks to analyzing engagement data and streamlining HR resources. I’m motivated by opportunities that blend analytical insight with empathy and collaboration.Originally from Rhode Island, I bring an East Coast ambition blended with Texas authenticity and hospitality.    Assisted in implementing an HR-led compliance initiative ensuring adherence to California Labor Code requirements for voluntary meal and rest periods for eligible Crewmembers- Support a large-scale migration of approximately active and terminated employee personnel files from UKG to Workday as part of a company-wide HRIS transformation- Conduct internal compliance audits of Autism Double-Checked training to ensure certification standards are met, coordinating with stakeholders across all JSX departments to maintain ongoing compliance.
