I work at the intersection of solutions delivery, product execution, and technical problem-solving—helping SaaS teams turn complex requirements into reliable, user-facing outcomes.I have been blessed to have a background that spans Service Delivery, Customer Success, and Assistant Product Management, with experience owning enterprise client outcomes across implementations, SLAs, escalations, and roadmap prioritization. I’ve led cross-functional teams across multiple countries, partnered closely with Product and Engineering, and supported high-value enterprise accounts.I’m especially strong at translating ambiguity into execution: building and prioritizing backlogs, diagnosing technical issues (APIs, data collection, web behavior), and improving visibility through dashboards and automation using tools like Jira and the Microsoft Power Platform.Outside of my core delivery work, I build and ship small web and mobile products using codeless platforms and create technical training content on YouTube.
