    I lead the technology organization that serves as the de-facto Chief Digital Office for a Fortune 100 supply chain, responsible for modernizing how a complex, global operation plans, buys, moves, and fulfills at massive scale.My role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and operations. I oversee a globally distributed organization of 85+ technologists and engineers and 350+ consulting partners, with accountability for team structure, talent strategy, and operating model—ensuring we can deliver at speed while building durable internal capability.Over the past year, I’ve led the shift from traditional waterfall delivery to agile, product-oriented teams obsessed with our clients/customers and aligned to clear business outcomes. This includes deploying a $100M+ annual technology investment portfolio focused on AI-enabled platforms and automation, with a long-term objective of enabling an increasingly autonomous supply chain.I’m accountable for end-to-end technology delivery across source-to-pay, supply planning, logistics and fulfillment (WMS, TMS, ALM), and third-party risk for an organization with $85B+ in annual spend.
