I\'m a self motivated sales executive with 17+ years of B2B sales and lead generation experience, currently specializing in real estate and site acquisition for cellular. I enjoy sales and customer service. I\'ve helped companies identify high potential leads and was responsible for millions in existing real estate renewals and acquisition of new wireless partnerships across Western Canada. Here are a few examples of my work- Spearheaded Small cell acquisition for Freedom Mobile in Western Canada, resulting in over 50 new agreements and over 200 amended existing agreements for new cellular deployment- Helped maintain network readiness by securing extended terms for access through negotiation of wireless renewals across Canada for Freedom Mobile. Renewal success rate 95%- Worked cross functionally with Shaw Business teams to ensure 80% reduction in partner churn while increasing monthly revenue by over 10%. I get excited about opportunities where I can leverage my sales experience to help companies further scale their business.I\'ll include some more detail below to highlight my character and overall ethos. In my 20\'s, I put myself through university as a hairstylist. While the path of education built out core competencies such as critical analysis and thinking, it was my studies in philosophy that influenced me the most over the years both in business and behind the chair. As a sample of my work ethic; while developing my career in technology over the last 14 years, I\'ve simultaneously continued as a part time stylist. This proved to be a fantastic way to channel my creative side while allowing me to maintain a positive impact on my community, and to influence the salon culture we\'ve co-created at Hedkandi over the past two decades. Developing trust and maintaining personal relationships is my strong suit. I have a lot of gratitude for the years behind the chair, as the many diverse experiences in customer service and relationships have continued to compliment my professional life in return.Outside of my work life you will find me investing lots of time with family and friends. I also stay super active through DYI projects around the house and yard as well as through snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking.
