I’m a product-minded engineering leader who thrives in early-stage chaos. I’ve built and led platforms from zero to scale — from real-time AI systems to performance analytics tools. Currently Head of Engineering at Skillit, where I architected our core voice/AI assistant and own engineering end-to-end.Since 2016, I’ve partnered with startups and product teams to turn early-stage ideas into working software. I specialize in rapid prototyping, MVP development, and building internal tools that grow alongside the business. My work is grounded in clean code, thoughtful architecture, and a deep appreciation for simplicity and speed.My core stack includes Ruby on Rails, Tailwind CSS, and Stimulus.js.At Skillit, I architected Sam, a multi-agent AI assistant that powers voice and chat-based conversations between employers and skilled workers. The system includes real-time calling, transcription, dynamic agent routing, and a flexible framework that enables rapid development of new AI capabilities.I also built Know Your Horses, a performance analytics platform for the play-to-earn game Zed Run.
