Responsibilities & Duties • Supervising all team activities conducted during an operational shift • Volume assessments and distribution of resources • Coordination of and oversight of shift workflow • Reporting any team or personnel issues to the departmental manager • Maintaining a healthy working environment for all team members • Organization and cleanliness of workspace • Making sure the team is hitting personal and department KPI’s • Organizing the movement of oil and Returns to and from Inbound area • Being able to flex during the day to areas of the department that are in need of help Qualifications • Has flexibility to cover multiple shifts on any given day of the week as emergencies arise • Is high energy, positive, and motivating • Shows strong organization skills with a healthy sense of urgency and ability to delegate • Experienced in distribution, logistics, or similar eCommerce space • Experienced in managing teams, schedules, and operations to meet strategic goals • Effectively communicates, inspires, leads, and fairly delegates. • Has excelent knowledge of computer systems and software, can adapt quickly to new implementations • Works well under pressure, juggling conflicting demands so business goals are met • Has advanced familiarity with WMS or ERP systems with CORESense and SPREE being a plus • Direct experience in eCommerce reverse logistics processes and fully understands how to implement a company’s return policy • Has computer software aptitude using Microsoft and Google suites
