Recent example, Business XYZ is looking to improve employee spending process for the company card program. After meeting with them and learning about their whole process with many steps and variables from employee cards being issued to annual audit compliance, I offer them a custom solution. I am able to save them hours of labor across the board with a spend management tool. This tool improves employee expense reporting, all while insuring spend compliance. This paved the way for seamless compliance reporting that was dreaded every year for audits. While I was there, we also looked at their vendor spending and AP process. Using the supplier mating process to compare who they are paying today against others paying the same vendors. This allowed us to enhance cashflow for the business while gaining valuable rebates that make a very big impact to the bottom line.
