About Tyler Ebbert
I am a Senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and I am working towards a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Management and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. In addition, I am pursuing a minor in Pre-Health Professions through the College of Arts and Sciences, with the goal of achieving my Degree of Dental Surgery from a dental school. Competing is a vital part of my success in any aspect of my life. In my time as an athlete, both in high school and at the collegiate level, I learned how to drive and compete as a part of my daily life, as well as being able to look beyond defeat, when it arises, to a better future ahead. This outlook on life, which has been a part of me for as long as I can remember, has driven me to both compete and achieve much more than anything I could hope for.My career goal is to head to dental school after graduation. It is my hope that I will land somewhere in Tennessee, but I would not be opposed to studying in another state. I am interested in not only relieving the pains of those who have need in oral care, but also in how that help may be issued. The excitement of surgical operations and the joy of seeing someone finally enjoy their smile are two things that I look forward to with utmost enthusiasm. I have naturally been drawn towards this side of surgery and healthcare for a long time, so it is with great care that I tread towards achieving this dream of mine.
