About Tyler Davidson

Tyler Davidson, SEMPRE’s Chief Commercial Officer, leads the company’s corporate strategy & development, partnerships and go-to-market efforts. Tyler joined SEMPRE’s executive team after supporting the company for three years as a strategic advisor. He brings three decades of experience and leadership roles in the fields of telecommunications, software, AI, data and space exploration. Prior to SEMPRE, Tyler was Vice President of Corporate Development at Astra, a space launch and satellite propulsion company. Tyler spearheaded strategic partnership and M&A endeavors, forging alliances with cloud, communications and satellite service providers. Tyler was also co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at PushSpring, an innovative mobile audience data platform. PushSpring was acquired by T-Mobile, becoming the foundation of T-Mobile’s Magenta Advertising Platform. Tyler was also a Senior Vice President at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), where he managed a $270 million annual operating P&L and oversaw key client relationships with T-Mobile, Telus, MetroPCS, Cricket and Clearwire. His extensive experience includes senior managerial roles at IceBreaker (acquired by DeNA), Clearwire (acquired by Sprint, now T-Mobile), AT & T Wireless, XO Communications, Ernst & Young, and Teledesic. Tyler\'s journey began with his involvement in designing a wireless license auction bid analysis system for a Craig McCaw-backed wireless venture. Tyler is a board director at Voxer and the 5G Open Innovation Lab. He has advised CEOs and founders of a number of dual use and cloud technology platforms, including: Pano AI (wildfire detection and security infrastructure), Pendulum Systems (autonomous navigation and PNT), American Binary (Post Quantum Cryptography security products), ZipWhip (messaging platform acquired by Twilio), and Ouster (LiDAR sensors, NSDQ: OUST). Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Program in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, from the University of Washington. He is a seven-time Ironman triathlon finisher and passionate mountain sports enthusiast.
