I work at Westchester Publishing Services, a U.S-based provider of Content Development, Editorial, Composition, and Digital Conversion Services for the publishing industry, EdTech industry, and other content providers. Westchester was founded in 1969, and I joined the team in 2014 as Director of Business Development when we became an Employee Stock Ownership Plan-based company. In 2016, we launched Westchester Education Services, the US\' top provider of educational content and production services. In 2017, Westchester launched Westchester Publishing Services UK, a subsidiary based in Stratford-upon-Avon that supports the UK and global publishers and content providers. We work with content providers to help them turn their content into quality publication files for their print editions as well as digital platforms. Our clients include mass market trade publishers, university presses, educational publishers and EdTech platforms, academic and scholarly publishers, industry and professional publishers, journal publishers, foundations and think tanks. We help our partners launch their content on emerging content aggregators, improve their workflows through providing pre-edits and other services, and expand capacity through outsourcing projects or portions of projects to our experienced editorial and production staff. My colleagues and I help our customers identify the right ways we can help them improve their workflows and add capacity by evaluating all of the available resources at Westchester Publishing Services, and finding the right fit to help them grow their publications operations.
