At The Urban Farm, I grow, care for, and harvest approximately lbs of produce annually using organic and regenerative farming techniques. Beyond food production, I lead educational workshops, farm tours, and hands-on programs for youth and adults, covering topics such as sustainable agriculture, composting, beekeeping, and soil health.I work closely with partners to coordinate food distribution, facilitate farm-to-table programming, and engage volunteers—including leading corporate groups of up to 50 people. Additionally, I contribute to farm planning by co-developing crop schedules and integrated pest management strategies to ensure long-term sustainability.To support grant writing and program development, I maintain detailed records of harvests, food donations, and youth participation in farm education initiatives. I also create media communications, newsletters, and promotional materials to expand community outreach and engagement.This role allows me to blend regenerative agriculture with education and community development, furthering my commitment to sustainable land stewardship and food systems.
