My role has evolved beyond analytics into a blend of data engineering, architecture, and strategic initiatives supporting both business and football operations. I lead modernization of the Broncos’ data ecosystem—building automated pipelines, predictive models, and real-time reporting tools used across the organization. Data Architecture & Automation Rebuilt and optimized the Broncos Dataverse, creating a unified ETL framework with robust logging, documentation, and monitoring. Automated dozens of workflows, integrating APIs from Ticketmaster, CRM, and external partners to replace manual processes. Established data quality alerts, Snowflake optimizations, and improved visibility across systems. Modeling & Pricing Strategy Built dynamic single-game ticket pricing models now used for real-time pricing and revenue optimization. Developed the 2025 Season Ticket Pricing Model, transitioning from Excel to scalable Python automation. Created renewal scoring and attendance forecasting models (R² up to 0.86) to improve accuracy and planning. Dashboards & Executive Tools Manage the Executive Gameday Dashboard, integrating live ticketing, retail, F&B, and attendance data. Oversee post-game box office statements and high-visibility reporting for ownership and leadership. Built dashboards for partnerships, suites, sell-through, retail, and F&B performance across departments. Innovation & Governance Partnering with Trace3 to develop an internal iOS gameday app for executives. Enhanced data governance, privacy practices, and schema efficiency in Snowflake. Applied AI sentiment analysis to fan feedback and integrated new NFL and vendor data sources.
