About Tyler Barnhart

What do we look for in a role? In a career? In an individual? For me, it’s entirely about working on interesting problem statements that drive outsized impact.For the 12 years since college, including a masters in between, I’ve adopted the mindset of a perpetual student, both in the classroom and workplace. This has served to dynamically improve not only outcomes for tasks at hand, but with each new problem statement tackled, my understanding of the world — in particular how to navigate conflict resolution and risk management.In this new world, I am finding my education and career experience in circular economy solutions, public-private partnerships, climate resilience, sustainable economy, energy infrastructure, and policy development, have become only more valuable, and a central focal point for converging data systems.

   Owner of the Global Field Donations Program for WW Amazon Operations, seeking to enhance our global partnership networks and strategically deploy standards across all WW Operations Business Units. I partner with product/program managers, tech and finance teams, as well as field stakeholders at all levels, to ensure feature deployments, enhancements, and program health are accurately measured and informed with customer feedback. This also informs optimization of our Global Standards & Procedures.Alongside my primary directive, I am the principal architect of a program to develop global environmental supply chain standardization, partnering with Global Procurement to leverage a successful US program launch into a global framework.I also support product traceability and waste diversion program development in the Unsellables space.
