   Merakey is a non-profit provider of services in the areas of mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, addictive diseases, and autism. Merakey provides care to nearly adults and children throughout 12 states. At Merakey, I work as a director on the IT PMO team where I am responsible for the projects within the Clinical Portfolio. Some of my other responsibilities include:• Oversee a portfolio of 50+ IT and healthcare projects, leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful execution within scope, time, and budget.• Develop and implement enterprise-wide project management policies and procedures, standardize practices and improve operational efficiency across clinical and IT portfolios.• Oversee strategic demand management, prioritizing initiatives and optimizing resource allocation to support high-impact projects.• Foster stakeholder engagement and transparent communication, ensuring alignment across executive leadership, clinical teams, and IT departments throughout the project lifecycle.• Establish and maintain risk management and performance monitoring frameworks, proactively mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
