About Tyler Alvarado

My goal is to help businesses measure their performance, implement corrective strategies, and make the biggest impact possible. This all began while working in education. My challenge was to design a co-curricular learning structure for 12+ unique communities at two different universities. My first steps - identifying data that was currently accessible and creating methods for collecting data to measure our learning strategies. Before I was able to propose a solution, I needed to uncover who I was serving and how I was going to measure impact. I became obsessed with identifying business needs and discovering the best ways to measure performance. Without either, there would be no direction and no way to make the best decisions. Without either, there would be continued frustration and wasted energy. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career that have interacted with curriculum development, instructional design, learning & development, data visualization, and strategy.    Drive execution, analysis, and improvement of 100+ synchronous and asynchronous online and in-person continuing education products for over customers globally via our Learning Management Systems, and SCORM and xAPI standards. Lead new website design to improve customer experience with e-commerce system, enhance sponsorship opportunities, and to develop an online community across the international veterinary medicine field. Partner with executives to provide e-commerce customer insights, design sales and hospitality KPIs, and identify marketing opportunities through real-time Tableau data visualization dashboards and website REST API connection.
