In March 2024 I accepted the Project Manager - Tillage Technology role with RDO Equipment Company. In this role I will be responsible for new and existing technology for tillage equipment. My responsibilities will include, partnering with the Ag Regional leadership and Product Specialist to develop localized value propositions around precision agriculture, conduct and support field trials, demonstrations, training, and product expertise on new and future precision agriculture solutions.I started my career with Bobcat company in 2010. I have been able to work with multiple functional groups on a number of projects including: marketing, finance, engineering, sourcing, aftermarket parts and warranty. Being apart of projects that involve multiple functional groups is a great experience, It gives you the opportunity to understand how each individual group contributes the projects success and ultimately the success of the company.
