Reviewed and executed test procedures supporting management’s efforts to report on Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) for both general IT and application controls.• Lead real time system assessments that included analyzing and identify possible risk points of the organization’s current state of it’s business and IT processes and it’s be state. Formalized possible remediation steps and presented the findings to top executives. SOC 1 & 2:• Served as the manager and on multiple SOC1 engagements. Also assisted in preparing and editing the service auditor’s report deliverables to meet SSAE18 standards. • Served as the manager on a SOC 2 readiness with trust services criteria of Security, Availability, and confidentiality. Worked with the organization to identify its current control framework and create a listing of overlap controls to the SOC 2. Further managed and lead walkthroughs to confirm controls and identify possible controls that would identify any missing criteria controls.
