Every day, I get to support and collaborate with teams across the company. I’m using my data engineering, analyst, visualization, storytelling and most importantly, collaboration skills to unlock insights that help our teams win. I’ve built the dashboards that drive our insights on patient outcomes, enrollment success, and operational excellence. All of these tools are used by stakeholders across the organization to improve our processes so we can help more patients. I partner with analytics teams at other companies to identify win-win opportunities for our companies and their members. I’ve also built the first version of our SQL-based billing system so we can quickly and easily produce accurate invoices and audit our finances. Through all of this, I get to work with really smart people who are dedicated and driven to reverse chronic conditions and change lives.
