I am primarily involved in the training and development of government personnel. Although, I am tasked with many different training programs, I am mostly used to training users on how to use the USA Staffing Automated Hiring System. This also involves coaching, both face to face and virtual, and consulting.The other role that I am acting in at present is that of a Project Manager. I am proficient in the lifecycle of project management. I have managed multi-million dollar contracts to include the US Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review. While PM for EOIR, I staffed all 59 Immigration Courts from the ground up to include translators, Legal Assistants, Attorneys and Immigration Judges.In my time with OPM, I have also performed a training needs analysis for an office within the USDA, in which I lead focus group meetings and performed interviews.
