   I am a iOS Software Engineer II on Axon’s Connected Devices team, serving as the technical lead for the team.I lead the technical execution for a team of five full-time engineers across three production iOS applications used by law enforcement agencies. These apps support pairing, management, firmware updates, video streaming, and calibration of Axon’s Linux-based and embedded connected hardware devices.I own features end to end, partnering with product managers to define requirements, author technical design documents, implement production code, and establish test plans and automated test coverage. My work focuses heavily on real-time networking and mobile-to-device communication, including WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), RTSP video streams, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), firmware updates over BLE, and Apple Network Extensions for reliable local connectivity.The codebase spans SwiftUI and UIKit using MVVM architecture, supported by CI/CD pipelines in TeamCity. I regularly debug complex networking and device interactions using tools such as Wireshark and Proxyman, collaborating closely with firmware, backend, and platform teams to deliver reliable software used in mission-critical environments.
