As the Midwest Regional Manager at Mathis Home, I lead 14 stores across multiple markets with one mission: to create environments where people and performance can thrive. I focus on building scalable systems, growing strong store and sales managers, and turning day-to-day complexity into clear, actionable progress.I started in sales training—designing programs to help leaders grow from the inside out. That work taught me the power of intentional development, clear expectations, and aligned culture. Today, I bring that same lens to regional operations, combining strategy, coaching, and communication to drive results that last.With a BA in English Writing and certifications in Microsoft Power BI, I combine human-centered leadership with data-informed decision making. I believe in agency, accountability, and creating space for people to lead with purpose.My family is my anchor. I spend most of my free time with them, outdoors when we can, always chasing a bit of peace and perspective. Whether it’s a hike, a quiet morning, or a loud dinner table, I try to stay close to what really matters.
