Focuses and accomplishments include- Helping define and execute the new Senior Support rep role - Working with our Product and BizOps teams to improve processes (both internal and customer-facing) as it relates to our Billing world - Implemented new phone queue to improve wait times and customer experience as it relates to both of our Support and Billing teams - Arranged and automated a process to have our Billing team provide welcome calls to new customers, resulting in improved customer experience (CSAT standpoint) and reduced escalations down the road
