Throughout my extensive Human Resources career, I have found that people are at the heart of every successful organization, and I have made it my mission to advocate for them, support them, and help them grow- all while enabling business leaders and driving business results. I have not always taken a linear career path. Instead, I have taken on challenges that stretched me beyond my comfort zone, including leading Total Rewards transformation without prior experience in that domain. I embraced the opportunity with humility and a commitment to learn quickly, and it became one of the most fulfilling chapters of my career. That experience taught me that courage and curiosity often matter more than having every credential upfront.Throughout my career, I have worked in complex and fast-paced environments, from building HR systems from the ground up and navigating tough organizational change to managing seasonal workforces that double in size. Along the way, I have made mistakes, but learned from them and grown stronger as a leader. I have found that the best HR professionals enforce policies and they build trust, listen with empathy, and show up consistently for their people.I care deeply about doing what is right, even when it is difficult. I believe in being transparent, even when the answers are not perfect.
