With over 25 years of experience, I have come to love and appreciate the manufacturing industry. I started Operose Manufacturing in 2007. I have successfully acquired two small businesses, which has led to the growth of Operose Manufacturing and the creation of The OpOne Group, where I currently hold the position of President. Through leveraging our company\'s strengths, we have expanded our capabilities to include Design, EDM, Precision Grinding, Multi-Axis Machining, and Production Automation.I plan to continue my commitment to the industry by developing a training program. This program will focus on imparting our collective knowledge and skills at The OpOne Group to aspiring CNC machinists and other professionals in the manufacturing field. This program will be a critical part of our growth and to the industry for reasons such as bridging the skills gap and fostering innovation.My vision for the future includes plans to establish an incubator lab. This lab will serve as a platform to support and nurture other startups in the manufacturing industry. This initiative will contribute to the growth and development of the industry as a whole, fostering collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
