My work bridges business, mentorship, and community development — empowering people, building brands, and creating opportunities that make a real difference.With over eight years of experience working with youth, I’ve dedicated my career to service and positive transformation. I currently serve as a Behavioral Specialist at Pathway, Inc.(Camp Mitnick) and as a long-time Boys & Girls Club counselor, helping at-risk youth develop confidence, accountability, and life skills. Through The S.I.M.S. Foundation, I’m expanding that mission statewide — promoting child advocacy, literacy, mental health, and mentorship initiatives that strengthen families and communities across Alabama.In business, I combine creativity and strategy to drive growth. At FlowPros Plumbing LLC, I lead marketing and branding operations that boost visibility, community trust, and revenue. Through Hootie’s Sports Group, I manage and mentor athletes under FIBA and NIL licensing, helping them navigate contracts, personal branding, and professional development.Every project I lead — from business to nonprofit — is rooted in service, innovation, and faith. I believe true leadership isn’t about titles or recognition; it’s about impact. My goal is to continue building programs, partnerships, and pathways that empower others to rise, lead, and succeed.
